The process started with receiving the customer’s inquiry on July 29, 2022, and concluded with the completion of transportation in December 2022. In May of this year, the client’s train commenced operations, and the entire process proceeded smoothly. The client expresses satisfaction with both the quality and appearance of our trackless train. The client operates a resort, and the primary purpose of this train is to transport passengers and provide them with scenic views of the resort. Let’s delve into the entire order process together.
Received the Inquiry from Customer
On July 29, 2022, we received an inquiry from a customer on our website. In the message, the customer expressed the intention to use a train on a gravel road surface, emphasizing a particular concern for the slope. Following a swift understanding of the customer’s requirements, our business manager promptly reached out to the customer.
Demand Communication and Confirmation
The customer operates a desert resort in the United States, offering a variety of activities. A train is intended to be featured as one of the recreational projects, facilitating transportation for passengers to enjoy the scenic views of the resort. Initially interested in our 27-seat train models listed on the website, the customer, after detailed discussions about their specific project, decided to opt for a 40-seat train based on our recommendation. The customer accepted our suggestion and made modifications to the exterior design and specifications, including the addition of a wheelchair-accessible pathway, specific slope requirements, payload capacity, battery operational time, among other features. The final configuration was confirmed in August.
Production and Delivery of the Trackless Train to the USA
The train production was completed in October 2022. After coordinating with the customer regarding the shipment schedule, the train was dispatched to the United States in December.
Open for Business and Feedback
Due to the scheduling constraints of the customer’s project, the train was only put into operation in May of this year. This aligns with the operational timeframe as indicated on the customer’s website. After operating for a period of time, our customer service department has learned through customer feedback that clients are highly satisfied with both the external design and product quality of our offerings.
